Dr. Good was born in 1916, played an important role cryptoanalysis
during WWII, was a professor at Trinity College in Oxford. England and
worked in Atlas Computer Laboratory, Chilton, Berkshire, England.
He also worked on the University of Manchester Mark I and promoted the
studies of Bayesian Statistics.
