Rolf W. Keyes
R. W. Keyes received his Ph.D. in physics from the University of Chicago
in 1953. From 1960 worked at the IBM
Thomas J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, N.Y., USA.
He is a Fellow of the American Physical Society and a member of the National
Academy of Engineering. In 1976 Dr. Keys received the IEEE W. R.
G. Baker Prize.
